my favourite dim sum place which we tasted umpteen times during our trips to hong kong. took us till now to step foot into the local store mainly due to the long queue at one and only plaza singapura outlet then and the not so economical prices comparatively to hong kong. i was not disappointed at all as it was in my expectations that they are not going to taste the same. for those who are visiting hong kong, do make tim ho wan part of the itinerary, you will fall in love with the original baked bun with BBQ pork.

it was a regular saturday which dear scheduled piano tuning and i went for morning yoga. for once, my session ended earlier than dear's and i decided to wait at the nearest place to him which is vivocity. been a long while since i stepped into shopping malls besides nex and bedok mall. took a walk at the stores and the only thing i bought was laundry bags from daiso. =P yes, i am slowly transforming into an auntie. our lunch was at kim gary as both of us could not recall the last we dined at this frequented chain.

i was glad to find king of melon seeds at the vivocity fair and we did not have to squeeze through the chinatown crowd to get my favourite groundnuts.
