not sure if it is right to say that i was the least picky bride when it comes to choice of gown. i had no issues at all picking out 5 dresses in total for both local and overseas shoot, trying on less than 10 pieces during each of the 2 sessions of 1-2 hours. always like simple and less detail wear which explains my final choices. feline has a wide range of gowns but sometimes, it complicates decisions. thanks to my helpful make-up artist who shortlisted dresses based on my requirements which made the whole process much easier.

Taiwan - Taoyuan Pre-Wedding Photoshoot

rex was a pleasant surprise for the taiwan shoot and as expected, both dear and myself fell in love with his works. we knew it would be tough to decide on which photos to choose out of the 224 pieces due to the limited number of pages and poses we had for our basic package. in the end we fell into the trap of signing an additional package to secure all the hard and soft copies. despite the increased numbers, we took 3-4 hours to eliminate 139 photos. for couples who are looking for pre-wedding or actual day photographer, i highly recommend rex. we love his style and his vast experience made shooting efficient, pictures above tell a thousand words.

all thanks to lily that i looked gorgeous and natural in the photos. it was her 1st attempt working on my face and i was happy with the results. she is both fast and good at hair styling, especially braids. as i did not have any particular style in mind, she had the freedom to decide. i love all the 3 looks she created for me.

we managed to negotiate for local outdoor photography, instead of indoor studio shoot at point of sale during the stride in style wedding show if we were to opt for overseas package. however, it did not make a difference to our album layout. gary's photos pale in comparison to rex's. i agree it is not a fair judgement as there are many inconsistencies such as weather, setting and attire which probably played a part in the final results. not to mention, i was already biased towards rex from the beginning. nevertheless, i really like my hair for the day, credit to lily.

veron is the woman behind our awesome photography package. she set through the grueling hours with us to give the designer a rough guide on our higher prioritised or preferred photos. our classic album layout, design and quality was fantastic and we did not bear to display it during our actual day reception for fear it would be damaged. we appreciate the lady boss, rachel's kindness for the additional perks we got.

basic package for overseas and local pre-wedding shoot plus actual day services is S$3,988. additional photography package to increase number of poses from 32 to 85, number of pages from 20 to 23 and to obtain all hard and soft copies return instead of only selected return cost us almost S$10,000 overall.
